Top 4 star hotel with over 150 rooms in Surrey seeks an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee their busy front of house team. You will be overseeing a team of 10 reception and night staff so plenty of previous experience within 4*5 hotels is essential. You must have excellent man-management skills and experience of doing interviews and appraisals. Good organisational ability, smart appearance and excellent communication skills are necessary. They are looking for a standards driven, customer focused person who is able to motivate their team and ensure the highest standards are achieved in front of house.
